What We Do
We serve the building and development community and provide essential support for Sacramento County building departments.
We assist property owners and developers with subdividing property, development requirements and reviewing final subdivision parcel maps.
We review and approve engineered civil improvement plans, provide surveying and mapping support to County projects, and prepare and administer infrastructure financing plans.
We prepare and collect development fees for infrastructure, road and transit, sewer and water connection and drainage.

Our customer friendly staff can assist you with comprehensive support for development and permitting needs, including plan submittals, permits, verifications and impact fee estimates.
Special Districts
We help communities grow by supporting the creation and management of special financing districts with services that include forming and updating funding plans, managing property-based assessments, and working with local agencies to ensure sustainable development.
