A smooth permit experience begins with great communication. A few changes that applicants can expect to see now include:

  • Automatic email updates with clear and consistent messaging

  • A single plan review comment letter with compiled comments organized by discipline

New Upload Process

Our new plan review software will streamline and optimize the plan review process. A few changes to note:

  • The plan submittal standards and the process for uploading plans/documents have changed; see video tutorial for guidance
  • Plan resubmittals are now required to include a plan check comment response letter to help expedite reviews​
