EFFECTIVE DATE: Monday, March 27, 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Affordability Fee collected within the unincorporated County shall be increased on Monday, March 27, 2023.
Pursuant to Section 22.35.050(C) of the Sacramento County Code, the Affordability Fee per habitable square foot of each market rate unit shall be increased by 5.70% according to the table below:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Housing Trust Fund Housing Fee collected within the unincorporated County shall be increased on Monday, March 27, 2023.
Pursuant to Section 16.89.715(B) of the Sacramento County Code, the Housing Trust Fund per gross square foot of building or structure shall be increased by 4.90% according to the table below:
