Pay Off Demands: 

To receive the amount due on a pay-off demand for a Code Enforcement case, fax requests to Department of Revenue Recovery at (916) 854-9215.

To follow up on pay-off demand status, plea​se call Department of Revenue Recovery at (916) 875-7815.

*Note: The above fax number is for Code Enforcement cases only. For Building Permits and Inspection violation cases, see Complaints and Violations.

Please contact the Department of Revenue Recovery at 916-874-7815 or 916- 875-7500.  Callers will need to provide the case number(s) or property address where the violations occurred. 

Revenue Recovery performs all billing, collection efforts and lien releases on behalf of Code Enforcement.
