NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT FEE INCREASE

ANTELOPE PUBLIC FACILITIES FINANCING PLAN DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE PROGRAM

EFFECTIVE DATE: Monday, March 2, 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Antelope Public Facilities Financing Plan Development Impact Fees, which were established by Ordinance No. SCC-1158, shall be increased on Monday, March 2, 2026.

Pursuant to Section 16.80.165 of the Sacramento County Code, the Development Impact Fee per Dwelling Unit Equivalent for each land use category shall be increased by 1.001 percent as follows:
