NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT FEE INCREASE

MATHER FIELD PUBLIC FACILITIES FINANCING PLAN DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE PROGRAM

EFFECTIVE DATE: Monday, March 3, 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mather Field Public Facilities Financing Plan Development Impact Fees shall be increased on Monday, March 3, 2025.

Pursuant to Section 16.84.140 of the Sacramento County Code the Development Impact Fees collected per building permit, occupancy permit, or grading permit (calculated based on the appropriate units) shall be increased by 0.585 percent as follows:
