NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT FEE INCREASE
METRO AIR PARK DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE PROGRAM
EFFECTIVE DATE: Monday, March 2, 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all Development Fee Components collected within the boundary of the Metro Air Park Development Impact Fee Program (Metro Air Park Fee Program) area [see map below] shall be increased on Monday, March 2, 2026.
Pursuant to Section 16.86.150 of the Sacramento County Code, the Metro Air Park Fee Program Development Impact Fees per Development Unit, including an additional 4% for administration, shall be increased by 1.001% according to the table below:
