NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE INCREASE

NORTH VINEYARD STATION SPECIFIC PLAN 

DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE PROGRAM

EFFECTIVE DATE: Monday, March 2, 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all Development Fee Components collected within the boundary of the North Vineyard Station Specific Plan Development Impact Fee Program (NVSSP Fee Program) area, shall be increased on Monday, March 2, 2026.

Pursuant to Section 16.81.190 of the Sacramento County Code, the NVSSP Fee Program Development Fee rates shall be increased by 1.001 percent as follows:
