NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT FEE INCREASE

VINEYARD PUBLIC FACILITIES FINANCING PLAN DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE PROGRAM

EFFECTIVE DATE: Monday, March 2, 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all Development Fee Components collected within the boundary of the Vineyard Public Facilities Financing Plan Development Impact Fee Program (Vineyard Fee Program) area [see map below] shall be increased on Monday, March 2, 2026.

Pursuant to Section 16.83.200 of the Sacramento County Code, the Vineyard Fee Program Development Fees per dwelling unit equivalent shall be increased by 1.001 percent according to the table below:
